Kamal Rashdi Rosli (En. Kamal) joined KYS Business School (KYSB) during its pioneering establishment in June 2013 as its Senior Manager. With more than 22 years in finance and accounting, in various industries namely in Cement Industry of Malaysia Berhad (CIMA) and UEM, En.Kamal was appointed Registrar of KYSB on 3rd August 2020.

En. Kamal’s steep interest in the financial field is reflected in his impressive completion of Diploma in Accounting (ITM, Shah Alam) in July 1996 and soon after, his BA (Hons.) in Finance at John Moores University, Liverpool, UK in July 1998. Such an accomplishment observed En. Kamal at the prestigious Price Water Coopers as its Corporate Executive (July 1998) for 2 weeks prior to his 4 year service at Negeri Sembilan Cement Industires Sdn. Bhd. ;

The following year, En. Kamal was at Pemasaran Simen Negara, and is happened to be the beginning of his most significant journey in the field of Finance & Accounting with CIMA-UEM as its Manager in Corporate Finance in 2005, as it smoothly transitioned En. Kamal with the UEM Group as their group’s Manager for their Treasury Division in July 2007, under their Chief Financial Officer’s Office. Subsequently, he returned to CIMA in December 2007 for the similar aforementioned post, for almost 7 years before joining KYSIC as its Senior Manager in June 2013, where he helmed the institute as its Vice President in July 2019. En. Kamal’s extensive experience in finance and accounting may have him financially astute but to him and where he is now for future; “An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.” – Benjamin Franklin.
